About this event

This 3-part series from the Search Inside Yourself Institute, presented by Heather Jelks, will help nonprofit leaders build the behaviors, mental habits and practices that promote personal resilience while growing a resilient culture within your teams and organizations.

What is “Adaptive Resilience”?

Adaptive resilience is the ability to recover from adversity, adapt and thrive. It builds the capacity to be productive, resourceful and creative while dealing with changing circumstances or adversity. You can expect helpful instruction on topics like maintaining focus while the things around you feel stressful and overwhelming, growing mindsets and skills for adaptability and creativity in an uncertain world, and creating a change-capable culture.
